The initial choice available for a starting online business would be to have a free auto-responder for the reason that it is obviously free! Some people would want to choose a free auto-responder that comes free with their web hosting accounts.
A web host is where your domain or website is located. You just go into your web hosting account through the control panel and set-up your auto-responder service there. Your own web hosting account’s auto-responder will not include advertising when you send out an email.
If you do not have a web hosting account or perhaps your web host provider does not provide auto-responding service, there are a lot of places you can find an auto-responder that is also free!
Simply go to Google search engine or Yahoo search engine and key-in the keywords: “free auto-responder” or “Using free auto-responders” and you will find a list of websites that provide this software. This is offered free for the reason that the company generates income through the advertising companies that is being included in the free web mails.
Free auto-responders will usually limit the quantity of subscribers you can add to your direct mail list. If you are starting your online business, this is not a bad option for you can always upgrade to a paid service
